The Porcelain
Capital of the World

Create your own masterpiece in Jingdezhen — where Chinese porcelain has been perfected for over 1,700 years. Work with three National ICH masters in glass lampwork, underglaze painting, and traditional wood-firing techniques.

Jingdezhen in Jiangxi province has been producing the world's finest porcelain since the Han Dynasty. Its unique local materials — high-quality kaolin clay and petunse stone — create the translucent, pure-white porcelain that conquered the world.

This 6-day program brings you face-to-face with three generations of ceramic masters, each a National ICH inheritor, who will guide you through the complete journey from raw clay to finished masterpiece.
